Quality  Testing

Satyam fasteners has high-tech testing facilities. The laboratory is well advance level resourced with advanced instruments for the checking of all chemical properties and mechanical of the raw material as well as manufactured fastener.

Mechanical Properties
High quality and hardness testing equipment’s such as Rockwell and Micro vicker hardness testers to check hardness of the manufactured fastener, as per its grade specifications along with required use of metallurgical microscopes having metallographic image analysis software and magnascope.

Chemical Properties
Our Laboratory is well equipped with Optical Emission spectrometer for checking of chemical properties such as percentage content of Carbon etc. in the raw materials and in manufactured fasteners.

Our Laboratory is certified, which facilitates in maintaining consistently high quality. The fasteners go through strict quality checks at every stage of the process. Our inspection facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for testing of both physical and metallurgical aspects of fasteners for the most demanding applications:
